Self-care is an every day job. You are with you 24/7 my dear, and for so many of us the more so. Isolation, loneliness and depression has never been more prevalent and efforts to attend to your mental health has never been important. It is a challenge to be with yourself, and and opportunity to look at yourself deeply and show every part of yourself love.
While things are so funky and not in a good way, take the opportunity to develop a self-care practice that is reasonable, sustainable and enjoyable! It is the best thing you can do for yourself and the people around you as there is no way to pour from an empty cup!
